Karen Munsey has spent more than 30 years working in the financial services industry and brings a steady, people-first approach to her role as Program Manager with Community First Investment Group. She currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses through LPL Financial, along with an Indiana Life and Health Insurance license. 

Karen joined Community First Bank of Indiana in 2007, where she helped Larry Rolland build the bank's wealth management department, which has since grown into what is now known as Community First Investment Group. In her role as Program Manager, she draws on her extensive administrative and leadership experience to help guide the ongoing growth and future direction of the wealth management program. 

A lifelong Kokomo resident, Karen cares deeply about her community and enjoys volunteering locally and serving on internal committees. She and her husband, Rich, continue to make Kokomo home and are members of the Abundant Life Church. Outside of work, Karen treasures time spent with her family, including her adult children and her grandchildren. In her downtime, you'll find her traveling, crafting, reading, shopping, or working on a quilt. 

Larry Rolland, CFP®

Larry Rolland is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) with more than twenty-two years of experience as a financial advisor. He holds Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 licenses through LPL Financial, along with an Indiana Life and Health Insurance license.

Larry joined Community First Bank of Indiana in 2007 to establish the bank's wealth management department, which has since grown into Community First Investment Group. He earned his bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University and a master's degree from the University of Michigan. Throughout his career, Larry's focus has always been on helping individuals and businesses pursue their financial goals in a strategic, personalized way. What he enjoys most about his work is building relationships with his clients. Over the years, many of those professional relationships have grown into lasting friendships - something he values deeply.

Larry lives in Kokomo with his wife, Irene, and together they have four children. Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active through swimming, golfing, and biking, as well as reading and playing the saxophone. His favorite moments are those spent with his family, especially time shared with their children and grandchildren.

Ben Harris

Ben joined Community First Investment Group in 2024, bringing a disciplined approach and a strong commitment to helping clients plan for their financial futures. He earned his bachelor's degree in business finance and a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University Kokomo, where he also excelled as a student-athlete. 

In his role as a Junior Financial Advisor, Ben works closely with clients to help develop personalized financial strategies aligned with their long-term goals. He supports investment planning, portfolio analysis, and ongoing financial reviews, providing clear guidance and attentive services as part of the broader advisory team.

A lifelong Kokomo resident, Ben has deep roots in the community and is passionate about contributing to its continued growth and success. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. Ben and his wife, Lexi, are active members of the Crossroads Community Church. 

Alex Watkins

Junior Financial Advisor

Alex joined Community First Investment Group with a strong foundation in financial services and a genuine passion for helping clients build toward their long-term goals. He earned his bachelor's degree in business management with a concentration in Financial Services from the Indiana Institute of Technology, where he also competed as a student-athlete on the baseball team. 

In his role as a Junior Financial Advisor, Alex works closely with clients to support financial planning, investment strategies, and portfolio management. He enjoys helping clients understand their options and feel confident in the steps they're taking towards their future. With a thoughtful, service-minded approach, Alex contributes to personalized investment guidance and ongoing client support as part of the advisory team.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, working out, and coaching. He also gives baseball lessons at Laird's Training LLC, combining his love of the sport with his passion for mentoring young athletes. Alex attends Crossroads Community Church.

Eleni Robinson

Eleni, a Kokomo local, began her journey in the financial industry as a part-time teller with Community First Bank of Indiana in July 2022. Her dedication and talent quickly earned her a permanent position at the Dixon location. By May 2023, Eleni embraced a new opportunity with Community First Investment Group as an Administrative Assistant, becoming an essential part of the team since the office opened.

Known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks and “professionally put out fires," Eleni brings a vibrant mix of organizational expertise and problem-solving skills to the team. Her commitment to excellence and proactive approach ensures smooth operations and effective administrative support for both clients and team members. As a dedicated associate at Community First Investment Group, Eleni thrives on building meaningful connections with clients. She is passionate about understanding their unique needs and goals, ensuring every interaction is personalized and impactful. Her enthusiasm for client satisfaction drives her to go above and beyond, fostering long-lasting relationships that contribute to shared success.

Outside of work, Eleni enjoys listening to audiobooks, painting, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, son, and dog. Together, they love going for walks and bike rides, watching “Dancing with the Stars,” and baking in their spare time.

Sam Duke

Administrative Associate

Sam Duke joined Community First Bank of Indiana in September 2024, beginning his career in the financial services industry as a part-time teller. In August 2025, he transitioned into his current role as Administrative Associate, where he supports the advisory team and helps ensure clients receive attentive, responsive service.

Currently studying at Indiana University Kokomo, Sam is pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with a focus on History and Political Science. His academic background, combined with his hands-on experience at the bank, allows him to bring a thoughtful, organized approach to his work, offering a helping hand wherever it's needed. Sam is dedicated to supporting both the advisory team and the community. His reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to step in make him a valued part of the day-to-day client experience. 

Outside of work and school, Sam is actively involved in theatre at Indiana University Kokomo and enjoys songwriting with friends in his free time. He's also an avid football fan and proudly cheers on the Cincinnati Bengals.
